Gallery One (formerly known as “Mitcham Village Arts
and Crafts Association”) is a community based non-profit, volunteer
organisation whose purpose is to establish the old village of Mitcham as a
center of excellence for arts and crafts.

Mitcham Heritage Subsidy Scheme:
Property owners in the Mitcham Council are entitled to make
application for assistance under the City of Mitcham Heritage Subsidy Policy
for work required on their privately owned heritage listed buildings.
Private owners of heritage listed properties may be eligible
for ongoing assistance as it is recognised that maintenance and other
conservation works are often continual. Council will consider successive
applications for assistance for continued conservation.
